The meeting took place in Ulaanbaatar on January 24, 2025, where the project's objectives, expected outcomes, division of responsibilities, and the first-year work plan were presented. Six members of the project team from the Eastern Regional Branch of the National University of Mongolia, including administrators and faculty representatives, participated in the meeting virtually.
