As part of the Erasmus+ project “Reforming Teacher Education Programs in Mongolia Towards Green and Digital Transition”(RETEACH), funded by the European Union under the Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) program, a procurement process was conducted to acquire essential equipment to support the teaching and research activities of the Mongolian partner universities participating in the project. A total of seven organizations submitted bids for the tender.
The project’s Bid Evaluation Committee convened to review and assess the submitted proposals based on the established evaluation criteria. Following a comprehensive assessment, the committee concluded—by majority vote—that the bid submitted by IT Zone LLC was the Best Evaluated Bid.
Representatives from the project’s lead coordinator, Otgontenger University, and partner institutions including the Mongolian National University of Education (MNUE) and Khangai Higher Education Institution attended the evaluation meeting in person. Meanwhile, representatives from the Eastern Branch of the National University of Mongolia (NUM) and Darkhan Institute participated online. The selection process was successfully carried out with full participation from all relevant parties.
